Bremerton Fast Ferry Schedule
The Kitsap Transit Bremerton Fast Ferry runs 13 weekday sailings each direction between the Bremerton Transportation Center and Pier 50 in Seattle, crossing in about 30 minutes. The first boat leaves Bremerton at 4:40 AM and the last boat leaves Seattle at 7:40 PM on weekdays. Saturday service (10 sailings each way) runs May through September only; there is no Sunday or holiday service.

On September 1 Kitsap Transit ended the state-funded extra sailings, cutting weekday service from 20 to 13 boats each way; the midday and late-evening runs were removed. Thirteen sailings leave Pier 50 on weekdays. The afternoon boats from 2:25 PM through 5:05 PM routinely fill to capacity; boarding is first come, first served, so arrive 15 to 20 minutes early or take the sailing before.

Saturday Fast Ferry Schedule (May through September)
Saturday service runs 10 sailings each direction from the first Saturday in May through the last Saturday in September. The last Saturday of the 2026 season is September 26, 2026. There is no Saturday service October through April.

Saturday boats are busiest heading into Seattle late morning and mid-afternoon (the 10:50 AM, 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM from Bremerton average over 90% full) and heading back to Bremerton in the evening.
What changed on September 1, 2026
Kitsap Transit removed seven weekday sailings in each direction when WSDOT funding for the extra boats ended on August 31, 2026. The cancelled departures from Bremerton were 8:35 AM, 9:15 AM, 9:50 AM, 10:25 AM, 6:20 PM, 7:40 PM and 9:00 PM. The cancelled departures from Seattle were 9:10 AM, 9:50 AM, 10:25 AM, 11:00 AM, 7:00 PM, 8:20 PM and 9:40 PM. The practical effect: there is now no fast ferry in either direction between about 8:40 AM and 1:50 PM on weekdays, and the last weekday boat from Seattle is 7:40 PM instead of 9:40 PM. The WSF car ferry still runs 15 sailings a day each way and covers those gaps.
